Thanks! Tired of testing!? Only one more day. Check out this fun highlight video from our LEAP Pep Rally last week, and put a little testing pep in your step! This year we decided to take a school field trip to see Annie at the Saenger in New Orleans....AND IT WAS AMAZING! While the planning was quite the undertaking, it was worth it once everything fell into place. We lined up several school buses, separated out the kiddos among chaperones and parents, loaded up, and took the ride down to New Orleans. The show itself was wonderful and such an opportunity for our students to see a full broadway style show right here in our home state. Check out some of the pictures taken and memories made. Yay! We made it to the halfway mark! Have a great weekend and come back on Monday ready to take on Science and Social Studies.
Remember:
We are so impressed with our Kindergarteners and their production of Gerald Can't Dance! This show was based on the book "Giraffes Can't Dance" by Giles Andreae. The students and their arts' teachers worked so incredibly hard to put on the best show, and we can't help but brag on them. Take a look at some of the class pics and rewatch the show below! |
